Admissions - How To Apply

Admissions – September 2019

Nursery and Reception

Parents looking for nursery or reception places are encouraged to contact our Admissions Officer Lorraine Isaac on 0208 648 1846 or via email on to view the school.

Nursery Applications

Application Forms and Supplementary Information/Priest Declaration Forms for nursery places can be downloaded or alternatively are available from the school.  Nursery places are allocated using the criteria outlined below in the Admissions Policy. These should be returned to the school on completion, along with the original Baptism Certificate.

Please note the closing date for Nursery Applications for September 2019 is the 28 February 2019.

Reception Applications

Application forms for reception places are available from the school office or can be downloaded below from September 2018. Allocation of reception places is the responsibility of the local authority. Places are allocated using the criteria outlined below in the admissions policy.  In addition to the common application form supplied by the LEA the Supplementary Information/Priests Declaration Form, available from the school must be completed and sent to the school no later than the closing date set by the LEA.  A place in the nursery does not guarantee a place in reception and a separate application form for reception needs to be completed. The letter, Supplementary Form and Applicants Information Form shown below will not be available until mid- September 2018.  However, you can view the Admissions Policy in the meantime.

Please note that the closing date for Reception Applications for September 2019 is the 15 January 2019

Admission other than at normal times

If you would like your child to join St Teresa’s at a time other than at the start of reception, you should contact Mrs Isaac in the school office for an application form.  If the relevant year group for your child is full (i.e. all 60 places are taken) then he/she will be placed on our waiting list.  If there are spaces in the relevant year group, you will have the benefit of an initial meeting with our Admissions Officer and one of the leadership team.  This serves to ensure that we have all the necessary information to make your child's start at St Teresa’s as smooth and positive as possible.  It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and tour the school, if you haven't already done so.
